About Me
What I Believe
You deserve support that feels honest, human, and real.
I believe healing begins when you feel safe enough to be honest about what you’re carrying. Many of the patterns that bring people to therapy didn’t start with them, and understanding that can be a powerful place to begin.
I also believe growth doesn’t happen through shame or pressure, but through curiosity, compassion, and patience with yourself. Change becomes possible when you’re given space to reflect, understand your story, and begin relating to yourself in a new way.

Who I Am
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 16 years of experience supporting adults through life’s challenges and transitions.
My background includes years working in community mental health, where I had the opportunity to support people from many different walks of life. I earned my graduate degree from New York University and have continued building my skills through training in evidence-based and relational therapy approaches.
Over time, my work has shaped a style that blends professional knowledge with genuine care for the people I sit with each day.
My Approach
A supportive space for meaningful change.
In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you can speak openly, slow down, and begin making sense of what you’ve been carrying.
Sessions are conversational and collaborative, with room to explore patterns, reflect on your experiences, and understand how the past may still be shaping the present. I’ll meet you with warmth and curiosity while also gently challenging the habits or beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.
Our work is about building insight, practicing new ways of responding to life, and creating changes that feel steady and sustainable.

Considering Therapy
Is this a good fit?
My work tends to resonate with people who are used to being the responsible one and are ready for a place where they don’t have to hold everything together.
Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, life transitions, or long-standing patterns like people-pleasing that leave them feeling stretched thin. They’re thoughtful, self-aware individuals who want to better understand themselves and start responding to life in ways that feel more aligned and intentional.
If you’re looking for honest support, deeper insight, and meaningful change, our work together may be a good fit.
